Hi Arielle,
Will the building only serve one tenant? If so that’s fine to wait, just ensure the first building doesn’t eat up all the
allowed signage. If you have more than two tenants in the building, the comprehensive sign plan would be required and
you’d modify it for the others once they are developed. If it’s one, that’s totally fine to wait until the other building/s are
constructed.
If you don’t show them now, a modification will be required concurrent with the Phase 2 Site Plan (just making you all
aware)

The Big Sky Benefit Solutions has a Master Site and Phase 1 Site in review. We are no longer showing future buildings for
Phase 2 because we do not know if it will be two buildings or one building. One of our review comments requested a
comprehensive sign plan to be submitted. Since we only have one building now, can we wait to submit the sign plan
package once we submit a site plan for Phase 2?
