Hi Trevor, We were talking over the phone earlier today regarding the status of a natural gas main in the Nelson Meadows Subdivision here in Bozeman. The legal description of the property is: Lot 10, Block 2, Nelson Meadows Subdivision, Located in the SE quarter of Sec. 22, T. 1 S, R. 5 E. of P.M.M. Below is a screenshot of our civil site plan cover sheet highlighting the gas main (outlined in red) in question, I have also attached a copy of the recorded right-of-way easement release for reference. 2 I am asking for confirmation/status of this line where this email can be saved and provided to the City to satisfy one of their comments to obtain site plan approval. If you could please let me know if this line is active/inactive and if this line is either still in the ground or if it has been removed that would be greatly appriciated.
