I think given this information, I will not require these plans. Arielle and/or Jesse, please indicate this conversation when you resubmit for the MSP and Phase 1 SP in regards to Comment #34, and Comment #37, respectively. Hi Nakeisha, The example below shows a vertical plane that is measuring vertical footcandles normal to the building along the building’s wall. With an open air parking lot, there isn’t really a natural reference point to measure vertical footcandles, so what plane(s) would you like to see these measurements shown and what on what vector should those footcandles be measured?
