(2)To allow thetrailand shared-usepath on the Property to be constructedby adjacent propertyowner TrinityChurch,alsoknown as GallatinValley PresbyterianChurch, accordingto the schedule agreed upon by GRANTOR and GRANTEE.The east-west trailand shared-usepath shallbe ten feet(10')wide and constructedof asphaltto a Class IB condition. (3)To maintain and repairthetrailand shared-usepath on the PropertyatGrantor'sexpense includingmaintenance of surrounding landscapeand snow removal in accordance with cityordinancearticle6,sections34.06.010-34.06.060. (4)To allow the City to make any and allinspectionsofthe Easement as theCity reasonably deems necessary. deems necessary.
