Dear Mr. Abbey,
The primary intent for Trinity Church’s Ministry Center Kitchen is for catering companies and/or
congregation members to bring pre-prepared food for events (Bible Study, Funerals, Baptisms,
etc.). Pre-prepared food is intended to be kept warm in the warming cabinet. Trinity Church
intends to purchase an adjustable height table for additional counterspace.
Occasionally, church groups may use the kitchen to prepare snacks (popcorn, cookies, salads,
appetizers, etc.) however, the intention is not to prepare full meals for large groups in this
kitchen.
The appliances include: (1) Dishwasher, (1) French Door Refrigerator, (1) Warming Cabinet, (1)
Induction Cooktop with Oven/Hood, (1) Microwave and (1) countertop Coffee Maker.
Throughout the kitchen, is plastic laminate casework with Quartz countertops for durability and
maintenance. A large double-bowl undermount stainless steel kitchen sink is located adjacent to
the proposed dishwasher for easy clean-up.
