Bid Specifications and Bid Form *Note: your bids must be submitted on this form.* Bid Specifications for a Portable Vehicle Barrier System Portable Vehicle Barrier System (PVBS) designed to protect pedestrians at outdoor events,
and/or other infrastructure by preventing vehicles from driving into protected area(s). The system will be trailer transported and able to be towed with a light duty truck.
The PVBS with trailer(s) described herein shall be a new manufactured from 2022 or newer production. All parts and accessories, which are required to compose a complete unit, shall be furnished whether herein stipulated or not. Unless otherwise noted in these specifications, all
equipment cataloged as standard shall be furnished and included in the purchase price of the unit. Section 1 Basic Specifications All standard options, whether expressly stated here or not, shall be included.

A single barrier shall be deployable by one person from the trailer.

Bid shall include enough barriers to cover 200 feet with option to add more at time of bid award.

For each 8 barriers, shall include 7 arrestor type cables to secure each barrier to each other,
four feet in length and two, ten-foot cables to secure barriers to each other in emergency vehicle
openings.
