Blackwood Groves has submitted for Final Plat review, specifically for Phase 2, as shown in the approved preliminary plat.
As part of the Final Plat review process, the applicant is required to complete infrastructure‐related improvements, satisfy
applicable conditions of approval, and complete all requirements outlined within the BMC prior to obtaining plat approval.
The applicant has requested that the City's engineering department review the applicant's improvements agreement (IA)
during the final plat review of Blackwood Groves Phase 2.
Engineering has considered the applicant's request and will review the applicant's IA as part of the Blackwood Groves Phase
2 Final Plat application.
The applicant is advised that they must coordinate with all applicable parties on this process, which may require the
applicant to update an existing IA or create a new IA if deemed necessary. If an IA is required, please coordinate immediately
with your assigned development review coordinator, as this process is outside of the City's review software (Project Dox).
It is the applicant's responsibility to pay any applicable fees, schedule final infrastructure walkthroughs for infrastructure,
and conform with all IA requirements. The applicant is advised that as part of this atypical review process that unforeseen
delays could arise, which may delay the approval of Blackwood Groves Phase 2.
This email can serve as an approval letter to planning, confirming that engineering will review the applicant's IA with the
final plat application for Phase 2.
