Schedule
The proposed Shady Glen PUD infrastructure is expected to be implemented in one phase. It is the
applicant’s intent to proceed with construction of the development infrastructure in the spring of 2023,
upon completion and approval of the Subdivision application process with the City of Bozeman.
Infrastructure construction would begin in spring of 2023 with an anticipated completion in summer/fall
of 2023.
Homesites will be sold to individual developers, builders, and owners through the open market. Each
homesite would be built on based on the individual schedule. See Documents Folder for Plat
Information.
