Please provide this email as the waiver for this requirement. With that being said if the project accesses do not meet the City’s access standards and a deviation is requested the information within UDC section 38.400.090.H is required to consider the request. The proposed development will consist of 10 2-unit condominiums, a concept site plan is attached for reference. Using the ITE 9th Ed. trip generation rate estimates for residential condo’s, the proposed development will produce 116 daily, 9 AM and 10 PM trips. Can you confirm that the city will not require a traffic impact study for this development, since we are below the 100 peak hour trip threshold? Please let me know if you need any more information.
