In reviewing and researching the number of units in the Master Plan and those in the TIS, it was discovered that there was a discrepancy in the number of apartment units contained in Table 2 of the TIS. Upon further research into the discrepancy, it was discovered that an older table was inserted into the final TIS report that was submitted in August of 2019. I have attached, the correct table that is consistent with the text on page 9 of the TIS report. The site generated traffic analysis, contained within the report, was based on the numbers contained within the attached Table 2. I apologize for the editing error that occurred in the final report document.
