Matt – Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the subsequent minor subdivision of thisparcel. My main comment is that this parcel does fall within the Bozeman Solvent SiteControlled Groundwater Area, so no exempt groundwater can be used in this area. Anygroundwater use would require water right permitting (and also mitigation of anyconsumption of the use). If any dewatering is needed, the applicant must touch basewith MT DEQ.
