Attached is a trip generation comparison analysis. Based on Bob’s previous letter and purely on trip
generation, the Deviation may apply as the estimated trip generation for the currently proposed and
actual development is less than what was originally assumed for the lots. I made an assumption on
the number of rooms for the Tru hotel. This can be updated for the correct number of rooms. Let
me know if you also need a memo to go with it, or if the summary is enough.
