A complete narrative in regards to the utilization of the existing stormwater detention pond that was
built with the Saccoccia Minor Subdivision / LOWE’s HIW improvements in 2006 is included in the
pre-application narrative in the Documents folder, Engineer Review, Karl Johnson, Application
#21212 – Saccoccia Subsequent Minor Sub of 407CPA, Stormwater, #2. This proposed
subsequent minor subdivision will be utilizing this existing detention pond and therefore,
groundwater monitoring is not necessary.
