Hey Griffin,
Hope you are doing well! I’m working on a small project on Lot 4, Block 18 of Baxter Meadows Subdivision,
Phase 2A for which we need confirmation that the cash-in-lieu of water rights was paid for with the original
subdivision. Attached is copy of the site plan…the building will contain ground floor office/commercial space
and the upper floor with have 1, 3-bedroom apartment and 2, 1-bedroom apartment. If you can take a look in
your records and send me a confirmation email it would be much appreciated.
