NARRATIVE
Baxter Lot 4A, located in the Baxter Meadows Subdivision, consists of two mixed use buildings; Coolmore Building
01 and Coolmore Building 02. With the goal of providing the greater Bozeman area commercial space on the main
level including street front parking and three residential units, which includes private enclosed parking. Separating
the two buildings with a residential courtyard. The Coolmore Building 01 overall building size totals 6052 SF and sits
just below 29’ in height. The Coolmore Building 02 The overall building size totals 6150 SF and sits just below 28’ in
height. The projected project time frame is to have construction started August 1 2022 and completed by August
2023.
