Mikaela and Diane, based on the conversation this afternoon and document 04B_Gallatin County Site Occupants_Rev3,
the number of Full Time Equivalent employees (FTEs) at the site will drop from the 2016 level of 287.60 to 68.0 This is
based on the City moving staff and operations to the Law and Justice Center as well as changes in operations at the
County including moving the Law Enforcement and Victim Services to different locations. Based on this significant
change in number of employees and the reduction in services provided at this location I agree with the applicants
assertion that the trip generation of the proposed development will be less than the current trips. Based on the
information provided to date the City waives the need to further update the Traffic Impact Study.
