I’m following up on a voicemail I left earlier today regarding the CILRW for the Gallatin County Courts project. We are
preparing to submit drawings and documents for a Site Plan Application and will need to work with you on determining
the CILWR fee (if applicable). The proposed building is approximately 69,130 SF located on the Law and Justice campus
near the NE corner of College and 19th. The facility will include courtrooms, offices and a meeting room. Landscape
irrigation will be provided by an existing well.
Please let me know what additional information you need for calculating the CILWR fee.
