Dear Cody:
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the formal request for our project for an exemption from
Department of Environmental Quality review. The water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure necessary for
the project will all be completed and tested prior to final plat approval. See included with the preliminary plat
application the comprehensive stormwater plan for the subdivision, located within Sections 9-13 of the
application.
