Surface Water- No surface water is present on the site and therefore, the Mapping/Description, etc. are not necessary. There is no longer an existing ditch on the east side of the site, as through previous developments that ditch has been removed (per C&H). 2. Floodplains- Previously waived through pre-app submittal. 5. Vegetation- Previously waived through pre-app submittal. 6. Wildlife- Previously waived through pre-app submittal. 7. Agriculture- Previously waived through pre-app submittal. 8. Agricultural Water User Facilities- As noted above in #1, no water facilities are present on this part of the site any more. With future phases, agricultural water users will be notified and worked with as the development continues. This site contains no agricultural water user facilities. 12. Non-Municipal Utilities- Non-municipal utilities have been contacted (NWE) and we are currently working with them and the joint-trench committee to establish the service to the subdivision. 15. Neighborhood center plan- N/A, the proposed subdivision will not contain a neighborhood center. 17. Miscellaneous. Public lands, hazards, wildlands-urban interface- a. The proposed development will not affect any access to public lands, as there are no public lands within 200 ft of the proposed development. b. There are no known existing hazards on the site. c. The subdivision is not in close proximity to wildlands, therefore a WUI is not necessary.
