submittal. The waivers listed
below are approved
(floodplains, vegetation, wildlife,
historical features, agriculture,
and agricultural water user
facilities). NOT APPROVED -
Surface water. Due to what
appears to be a ditch on the
east side of the site, we are not
approving the surface water
waiver as additional information
is needed. Refer to engineering
comments.
