Urban + Farm Phase 1 Major Subdivision
All stormwater maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner’s
association. The maintenance required is as follows:
1. Clear catch basins, storm drain inlets, stormwater mains, outlet
structures, gutters, of rocks, sediment, and debris as necessary.
2. Maintenance and inspection shall be completed annually and after large
rain events.
3. Reference Norton Ranch Phases 5 and 1 for pond maintenance.
