Yes, my apologies for not responding. Everything Tom said, I would agree with. I checked out existing utilities in the
area and looks like all your easements line up to provide easy access for N.W.E. when the time comes to install.

See attached for our overall Civil Pre-app figure, our lot layout drawing, a NWE figure
and Tom's initial pre-app comments on the subdivision application.
As you can see in Tom's comment, the original layout of the utility easement on the
north side of the alley didn't work for what you guys needed to see, so we have since
flopped that to border the northern side of the alley. The NWE figure shows
dimensions on our tightest lot to highlight the fact that there is still plenty of room there
for you guys to place your boxes, while still allowing driveways for all the single family
residences.
