Phase 2 & 3 Site Plan Narrative
The Swiss Plaza Phase 2 & 3 Site Plan proposes to construct 5 commercial buildings (2
buildings in Phase 2 and 3 buildings in Phase 3) within a previously approved Master Site Plan
(COB #20-371). Water and sewer main extensions were also required for this development and
were previously approved by the DEQ and City of Bozeman and are currently being installed as
of September 2022.
Additionally, all underlying design and planning requirements (such as easements, traffic
waivers, etc.) were previously addressed as part of the underlying MSP. Therefore, the Phased
SP submittals are primarily for the “building pad” site at the respective phases and as reflected in
the plans and documents included herein.
