This project is the next phase of development on Lot 3, Block 4 of Cattail Creek Subd. consisting of “live/work” style units with a shop and office on ground level and apartment above. The lot currently is home to the 7200 sf Swiss Detail car detailing shop approved in 2016. Can you tell me if this project will get a waiver for traffic study per item 5 on page one of the site plan checklist? 5. Traffic study. Street, traffic, and access information required in Section 38.220.060.A.12, BMC or a waiver, in writing, from the Engineering Division that the requirement is waived prior to application submittal.
