Project Description:
The existing property has two (2) existing units. A lower level organized as a 2
bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The upper level also organized as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.
This project is a renovation that will provide egress windows to the existing lower level unit.
The renovation will also provide a separate entrance to the existing unit alleviating the
current shared entry. The goal of this project aims to ensure a higher level of safety in the
basement unit than what is currently present. There will not be bedrooms added or
subtracted to the existing house, therefore there is no change to the parking count.
