RE: Billings Clinic Bozeman Medical Campus – Final PUD submittal
Dear Susana,
Following the City Commission approval of the Billings Clinic Bozeman Preliminary PUD on
September 13, 2022, we are submitting our Final PUD for administrative review. The
following is a description of how each of the conditions of preliminary approval and staff
requests have been addressed:
· Eliminate Section 6: Chapter 6 – Submittal Review Requirements has been deleted
· Deviation 3—Signage. Roof signs shall not be allowed: Section 5.08 of the Final PUD
states that ‘Prohibited signs in the Billings Clinic Bozeman Medical Campus shall
follow Sec. 38.560.030.’ and this section of the BMC indicates roof signs as a
prohibited sign type.
· Deviation 10 – Bicycle Parking Quantity. Relaxation 10 requests that for medical
uses, bicycle parking be provided at 10% min of the number of staff parking stalls as
per the BMC, but only 2% min of patient/visitor parking stalls.
· The locations of the 2 sheltered bus stop proposed for two Performance Points to
qualify for this P-PUD must be shown on a campus map as part of the Final PUD
Plan submittal. A diagram indicating two preliminary enhanced bus stop/shelter
locations has been added on Page 26 of the Final PUD document. Since the final
location of future routes, stops and shelters have not yet been determined by
HRDC Streamline, we have labeled these with the notation ‘final locations may
vary’.
