NOTICE OF SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of Section 38.230.100 of the Bozeman municipal
code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per
38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the
notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. The most recent

Project Name: South University Dist. Ph. 3 Block 2 Site Plan (SP) Application: 22238
Summary: A site plan application to construct 162 homes in rowhouse, motor court rowhouse,
and apartment building designs. The rowhouses will contain 80 homes in 16 buildings in 5-unit
attached rows in two primary designs. The 5 motor court rowhouse structures consist of 8 units
each and are designed as rowhouses wrapped around a central drive access. There is also one 42-
unit apartment building. In addition to the 22 proposed buildings, the site development includes
garage parking accessed from interior drive aisles, surface parking both covered and uncovered,
sidewalks, landscaping, open space, and other associated site improvements.
