The persons I forwarded your original response to have obviously not gotten back to you, unfortunately I cannot help you with anything Bozeman related. All I can say is the Bozeman office is not well staffed. It wasn’t when I worked there and is only getting worse with the high cost of living, and the available employee pool that all the supervisors spend more time trying to help deliver mail, than have time to help customers. I hope someone reaches out to you soon, but you may need to go to the actual Baxter Ln office to speak with someone. Good afternoon Trenton, I am working on a large project, Phase 2 of the Northwest Crossing project consisting of 358 homes and the City has asked that we get USPS signoff on the cluster mailbox locations for the project. I spoke to Lauren John of Providence Development, they are the master developer for all of Northwest Crossing, and she said she worked with you to get her commercial mailbox locations approved. Attached is our draft mailbox location plan for our 358 homes, how does this look to you? Can we schedule a time to meet and go over this? Thank you for your help!
