RE: Northwest Crossing phase 2 Recently you approached CenturyLink about providing a “Will Serve” letter to serve Northwest Crossing phase 2 in Bozeman, MT. CenturyLink appreciates the opportunity to provide Williams Homes with its future communications needs. In response to the request for a commitment to serve, CenturyLink will work with Williams Homes to determine what the construction needs will be. Upon such determination, CenturyLink will undertake an analysis of the construction required and the cost to complete that construction. It is only at that point and given the prevailing Tariffs that CenturyLink will make a final determination regarding whether to
provide service. We do have facilities within the area of your project, and we do have the capacity to provide phone and internet services.
As you may or may not know, many of the telecommunications services provided by CenturyLink are regulated and the service you request will be provided for under the tariffs on file with the Montana Public Service Commission.
