Thank you for your response on Northwest Crossing Phase 1 Final Plat. We are also
currently working on Northwest Crossing Phase II PRELIMINARY Plat.
In anticipation of the City needing a response from the schools – I was wondering if you
could provide a Phase II response similar to what you just gave us for Phase I?
This phase is all residential. The unit count and breakdown is shown below and is also on
the attached Phase II layout.
