Affordable Housing Plan
Northwest Crossing Phase II will provide around 350 much needed homes into the City of Bozeman
Housing market. The proposed Master Plan provides a mix of uses that include a range of building
types, scales, densities, and configurations. This includes conventional 2-Story single-family
detached homes with full length driveways, Alley Loaded Single-Family detached and Duplex
homes, Single Family Auto-Court Clusters, and 3-Story Townhomes.
