Neighborhood Center Plan
Per Article 4 – Section 32.410.020 Neighborhood centers, every lot within the Northwest Crossing
Phase 2 development is within ½ mile of a planned neighborhood center located in Northwest
Crossing - Phase 1 and is therefore exempt from this requirement.
