Northwest Crossing Subdivision Phase II
Utilities
NorthWestern Energy will provide natural gas and electric service to the development. These
facilities will be located in public utility easements along the roadways within the subdivision. See
the draft utility layout provided by NorthWestern Energy (Non-Municipal Utilities – NWE.pdf) in the
Documents folder for details.
Century Link and/or Charter Communications will provide cable, telephone, and fiber service to the
development. These facilities will be located in public utility easements along the roadways within
the subdivision.
Correspondence with NorthWestern Energy, Charter Communications, and Century Link is included
in the Agency Letters section of the application.
