Thank you for taking the time the other day (Friday – 10/14/22) and meeting with me in
regards to Baxter Ditch. The attached information is to notify you of some potentialchanges to the agricultural water user facilities (Baxter Ditch) we discussed the other day.
The City of Bozeman requires such notification as part of their subdivision review process. If you have any questions, please let me know. Any feedback would be greatly
