All stormwater maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner’s
association. The maintenance required is as follows:
1. Clear catch basins, storm drain inlets, stormwater mains, gutters, and
retention ponds of rocks, sediment, and debris as necessary.
2. Clear weeds and vegetation from pond spillways and outlets as
necessary.
3. Inspect for erosion and vegetation damage of swales and retention ponds
4. Clean and maintain all drainage swales and retention ponds as
necessary.
