Hello Arielle,
Attached is the CILWR agreement for Phases 1-3 of West Side Flats. The agreement not only identifies the CILWR fee for
phases 1-3 but also a rebate amount, to be paid at occupancy, for the instillation of the high efficiency water fixtures
throughout the entirety of the project. The CILWR fee of $98,208 needs to be paid prior to site plan approval for the
phases. Please let me know if the residential unit counts has changed so the agreement can be updated accordingly. Let
me know if you have any questions.
