DAMAGE TO CONCRETE OR ASPHALT SHALL BE REPLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER. 5.NO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES SHALL BE PERMITTED IN THE TREE PROTECTION ZONE. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MATERIALS STORAGE, TRUCK OR MATERIALS WASHOUT, OR OTHER SITE WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT. 6.DAMAGE TO TREES OR BRANCHES DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, WHETHER FROM THE GROUND OR OVERHEAD CRANE, SHALL INCUR A FINE OF $500 PER OCCURRENCE.
