MOUNTING HEIGHT FROM BOTTOM OF SIGN SHALL MAINTAIN A MINIMUM HEADROOM CLEARANCE OF 8'-4" EVERYWHERE EXCEPT THE BASEMENT AND 7'-2" AT BASEMENT LEVEL. 2.
