Subsequent: July 2015 Plot C-23-A32 FOUND REBAR W/AL CAP
Evidence Found: August 2018 we found no monument at this corner. It had apparently been destroyed
by construction. We surveyed other monuments from this and other adjoining surveys and calculated the
position of the corner.
Perpetuation: Set a 1.5" aluminum cap as a 30.01' Nly witness to the rebor. Additional ties from this
survey are shown on the attached sketch on Page 2.

Original: August 1883 the Northern Pacific Addition set no monuments at this corner.
Subsequent: 1974 Minor Subdivision Plat No. 3: FD 518" REBAR
February 2018 Corner Record 2607576 found and accepted a 518" REBAR, NO CAP.
Evidence Found; February 2016 we found a 518" rebor. In August 2018 we found the rebor again and
also a 718" OD pipe SE of the rebor. We accepted the found rebor to be consistent with the recent
surveys.
Perpetuation: Set a 1.5" aluminum cap as 15.01' Sly witness to the rebor. Additional ties from this
survey are shown on the attached sketch on Page 2.
