/ We Certify that the purpose of this survey is to relocate common boundaries between adjoining properties, and
therefore this survey is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (1)(A), M.C.A., as
amended.
DESCRIPTION
A tract of land being Tracts A-1 & B-1 of Certificate of Survey N2 156-C, situated in the NW '/4 of Section
6, T2S, R6E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is S 64' 28' 21" W a distance of 1,671.46 feet from the N 1/4 corner of said Section
6 said point also being on the southwesterly right-of-way line of Montana Rail Link; thence from said true
point of beginning along said right-of-way line S 38' 55' 00" E a distance of 1,694.43 feet to a point on the
north right-of-way line of Interstate 90; thence along said line along a non -tangent curve to the left with a
radius of 2,964.93 feet a distance of 668.29 feet, N 740 37' 48" W a distance of 175.70 feet and N 74' 56' 47"
W a distance of 523.46 feet to the SE corner of Parcel 2 of Certificate of Survey N2 970-A; thence along the
east line of said parcel N 01' 51' 10" W a distance of 391.86 feet to the SW comer of Certificate of Survey N°
205; thence along the south and east line of said survey N 72' 06' 15" E a distance of 358.07 feet and
N 140 07' 49" W a distance of 400.31 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract being 13.077 acres along with
and subject to any existing easements.
