HomeMy WebLinkAbout22282 Notice NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A GROWTH POLICY AMENDMENT APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the criteria of the Bozeman Community Plan 2020 and Section 76-1-601 through 607 Montana Code Annotated (MCA). Approval may be granted if the City Commission determines the project is consistent. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. At the City Commission’s public hearing the City Commission may act to approve, modify, or reject the proposal or continue the public hearing to another date.
