Questions and Clarifications
1. The selection timeline indicates that the SOQ review is completed by the committee on
December 16th and selection is November 23rd. Is the selection date intended to be
December or January 23rd?
The SOQ review will be complete by November 25th and the selection date will be
November 30th.
2. Are resumes included in the SOQ page limit?
No. Resumes are not included in the limit.
3. Is there a maximum fee/contract ceiling associated with the Term Contract?
The Term Contract is based on FY23 budget items that total $275,000. Not all of the
budget will necessarily be expended in FY2023.
4. Does the City have a tentative schedule for delivering Tasks A, B and C based on
available funding allocation?
We anticipate delivery of Task A: W Oak St Intersection Analysis, Task B: W Oak St
Intersection Improvements, and Task C: Bicycle Boulevard Design and Implementation
in FY23 into the early part of FY24. We intend for the implementation of Task C to take
place in the summer of 2023.
5. What are the limits of the intersection analysis in Task A? The RFQ states west of N 19th
Ave but doesn’t include the limits to the east.
The intersection analysis will be targeted to intersections west of N 19th Ave. The intent is
to identify potential safety and capacity improvements at intersections such as Ferguson,
Flanders Mill, and Hunter’s Way.
