The preliminary CIL determination for the 8 single family lots is$11,232.
8 Single Family Lots * 0.234AF/Single Family Lot=1.872AF
1.872Af*$6,000/AF= $11,232
1 can finalize the determination at the time of final plat.

I had sent an email on 9/28 regarding new estimate for CILWR for Lot 1, Blockl parklands subdivision (8 single family
lots, each with ADUs). See attached prelim plat. Can you please provide an estimate of CILWR?
