Erik, we have designed the irrigation system to meet the requirements of the well on-site. We were told that we could
use up to 35gpm for the well. Our biggest flow is only about 33 gpm so we easily meet that requirement. For overall
runtime,the site can be watered in approx. 8 hrs water window three times per week so if there is water restrictions we
should be just fine.

unfortunately, I cannot get ahold of anyone through phone calls. Could you possibly help me out? I need to address the
comment we received from the City to resubmit for preliminary plat.This comment also came up for 2131 Graf street
which shares this parkland.

We recently received City review comments for the Nexus Point Preliminary Plat.Attached above is the Lantern Park
North Landscape Plan and a comment from the parks department regarding the irrigation and water use. Can you please
