All stormwater maintenance is the responsibility of the landowner and the
landowner’s association. The maintenance required is as follows:
1. Clear stormwater pond, swales, and riprap, sediment, and debris as
necessary.
2. Inspect for erosion and vegetation damage of swales and ponds.
3. Clean and maintain all drainage swales and stormwater ponds as
necessary.
4. Inspect the stormwater ponds annually to ensure they are working as
intended.
