Michaela,
Thank you for your Site Plan resubmittal to review the proposed development
within Nelson Meadows. The Architectural Review Committee “Approves”
the response submitted. These documents will be retained by the ARC for
the Construction Compliance Review.
At completion of construction and prior to occupancy, improvements as
submitted and approved by the ARC shall be physically verified by a
representative of the ARC for substantial conformance with the approved
Site Plan. The Property Developer is required to call and schedule site visit
with ARC representative.
