Good afternoon Alicia,
We are working on the Big 406 Medical Office Building site plan (CONR #21378). This will be a stand-alone site plan for just phase 1 of the project (not sure
if/when an expansion phase will be completed in the future or how big it might be). Per CONR transportation comment #4, the ITE peak hour trip generation
values for the proposed 25,000 SF medical office building are provided below. The supporting ITE calculation sheets are also attached. Could you please review
and let us know if a TIS will be required for this site plan?
