Hi Cody,
Below is a preliminary determination for Phase 1. The determination is based on a previously preformed comparison of water usage records of medical establishments in
Bozeman (B2 Clinic, Bridger Orthopedic, and the Nova Clinic). Looking at the architectural plans presented in the concept application there may be other establishments
in Bozeman which better represent the anticipate used of the 406 Medical Office. If you want to discuss with the owner and let know what other establishment in
Bozeman your teams feels are representative of the project’s annual domestic demand I’ll try and pull their meter records and include them in the comparison. Typically I
try and 5 for more accounts when using the comparison method. Let me know if you have any questions.
Also let me know when you receive the pre-determination from the DNRC.

Hi Griffin,
We are close on a site plan application for this project and have the following additional info to provide toward a CILWR determination:
Parcel - Lot 4 of Sundance Minor Sub 509
Phase 1 Use - 25,000 S.F. medical office building
Phase 2 Use - Undetermined medical office building expansion (will be submitted as a future site plan)
Irrigation Source - proposed irrigation well (DNRC determination pending)
The plat indicates additional CILWR must be provided for this lot prior to site plan, so we are not aware of any credits unless you have some on file from the subdivision process.
Could you please review and provide a determination for inclusion with our Phase 1 site plan application?
