As described the system will be well below our 0.25 AF threshold for requiring CILWR. Let me know if the irrigation
design changes but as it stands now no CILWR fee is required.

The plan for irrigation on the site is to use gator bags for trees and a 600 gal tote with a battery clock operated drip
system. The irrigation system will not be connected to any water source. Will CILWR still apply?
