REVISIONS SUMMARY Submittal #2 for NWX Apartments MSP, Ph1 SP and Ph 2 SP include the following revisions: 1. Adjustments to drawings and document to address City comments received on April 7, 2022. Revisions are clouded on drawing sheets. Drawings that did not have any revisions have not been updated. Comment responses reference most current applications for the NWX Phase I Plat and NWX Parks Master Plan Modification Request 22200. 2. Revisions were made to architecture and site elements to address NWX Architectural Review Committee comments and compliance with NWX Design Guidelines. Revisions were minor and in compliance with City codes and requirements. 3. Refinements were completed to the on-site outdoor amenity areas and pools. Revisions remain in compliance with City codes and requirements. 4. Variance Request for Architectural Weather Protection is provided as a separate letter.
